An Audit Technique Course is being held at the BCAA Conference Hall w.e.f 26th February to 2nd March 2018.
The Course Objectives is to provide Inspectors with basic skills and knowledge required to participate as a team member in an Aviation Auditing,to be able to write an audit findings accurately and to establish sound audit follow-up practice including post audit surveillance.
The Course Participants are from BCAA, DoAT, Drk Air and Bhutan Airlines
The first ever Airworthiness Aircraft Maintenance Human Factor Course organized by BCAA is being conducted w.e.f 4th – 7th September 2017 at the BCAA Conference Hall.
The Human Factor Training is related to the maintenance of Aircraft and is being attended by the BCAA Airworthiness Officials and four participants from the Airline Operators.
The Training Program is supported by the EASA-EU South Asia Project and is being conducted by EASA Expert, Mr. Georges Bambara
The Signing of BCAA (Bhutan Civil Aviation Authority) APA 2017-18 between the Director General and the three Division Heads namely AFD, Flight Ops & Safety and Air Navigation & Aerodrome Service was held today the 15th August 2017 at the BCAA Conference all in the presence of all the staff. The Contract Agreement signing was also done with the Flight Safety Expert from Sri Lanka Captain Mohamed Ameen who joined BCAA on a one year contract this month.
The APA (Annual Performance Agreement) Signing Event for the Ministry of Information and Communications (MoIC) was held today the 4th of August 2017 at 2.00 PM at the Convention Center, Langjophaka, Thimphu.
After an brief overview of MoIC (APA 2017-18) by Hon’ble Lyonpo DN Dhungyel, the event was followed by the signing between Hon’ble Prime Minister and Hon’ble Lyonpo, MoIC followed by signing between MoIC Hon’ble Secretary and Department Heads including the Secretariat as follows:
The event concluded with the Address by the Hon’ble Prime Minister and a Vote of Thanks by the Hon’ble Secretary, MoIC.
