The APA (Annual Performance Agreement) Signing Event for the Ministry of Information and Communications (MoIC) was held today the 4th of August 2017 at 2.00 PM at the Convention Center, Langjophaka, Thimphu.

After an brief overview of MoIC (APA 2017-18) by Hon’ble Lyonpo DN Dhungyel, the event was followed by the signing between Hon’ble Prime Minister and Hon’ble Lyonpo, MoIC followed by signing between MoIC Hon’ble Secretary and Department Heads including the Secretariat as follows:

1. Signing between Hon’ble Secretary and Director General, Department of Information Technolgy and Telecom
2. Signing between Hon’ble Secretary and Director General, Bhutan Civil Aviation Authority
3. Signing between Hon’ble Secretary and Director General, Road Safety & Transport Authority
4. Signing between Hon’ble Secretary and Director, Department of Air Transport
5. Signing between Hon’ble Secretary and Director, Department of Information & Media
6. Signing between Hon’ble Secretary and Secretariat Division Chiefs

The event concluded with the Address by the  Hon’ble Prime Minister and a Vote of Thanks by the Hon’ble Secretary, MoIC.

A brief training on MaX Mock Moderation Exercise was conducted for the BCAA employees by the concerned official from the RCSC on the afternoon of 1st August 2017 here at the BCAA conference hall. All Employees were briefed on the new performance/work appraisal formats and formalities while submitting the IWPs in line with the Agency/Division APA targets, which is to be done online with the coming fiscal year.
