General Service Delivery Guideline

As part of the RCSC’s Public Service Delivery initiative, a General Service Delivery Guidelines has been developed.
GSDG covers the responsibilities and rights of both service users and service providers with an aim to make them aware of their basic roles in the process of availing/ providing services.

Focal Contact during Blackout/Lockdown

In pursuant to RCSC Notification to activate Work From Home protocol, all concerned are requested to contact the following officials for any BCAA services during the Blackout/Lockdown period w.e.f 17th January 2021.
