HRH Gyalsey’s 3rd Birthday Wishes

On the auspicious and joyous occasion of the Third Birth Anniversary of His Royal Highness the Gyalsey Jigme Namgyel Wangchuck on 5th February 2019, the BCAA Civil Service Fraternity offers our solemn prayers and best wishes for the long life, good health and perpetual happiness of The Druk Gyalpo, The Gyaltsuen and The Gyalsey.
