Interested In-Service Civil Servants who are within the same Super Structure Group (i.e. Administrative Service) may apply. For the eligibility criteria, please refer section 14.5 of the Transfer Rules and Regulations, BCSR 2018 (available at www.rcsc.gov.bt).

Civil Service Medal Awards 2018 for MoIC Officials (in Service for 10, 20 and 30 Years and above) was held on 12th December 2018 at MoIC.

The Awards were conferred by the Offtg. Secretary, Pemba Wangchuk who expressed the importance and appreciation of such an award of recognition from Our King to the Civil Servants for their dedicated service to the Tsa-Wa-Sum.

The Royal Government of Bhutan and The Government of United Arab Emirates (UAE) signed the Air Services Agreement (ASA) on 29th November 2018 in Dubai.

The Agreement was signed by Mr. Kinley Wangchuk, Director, Bhutan Civil Aviation Authority, as the Authorized  Signatory on behalf of the Royal Government of Bhutan and His Excellency  Sultan Bin Saeed Al Mansoori , Minister of Economy and Chairman of the GCAA, United Arab Emirates.

The United Arab Emirates is the 8th country with which Bhutan has signed Air Services Agreement.
